Stephen E. Clark

Legal and Tax

Stephen E. Clark, Special Counsel, is a graduate of Yale University (B.A.), Harvard Law School (J.D.) and Golden Gate University (LL.M. Taxation). Mr. Clark has been practicing business law for 30 years and specializes in real estate and business contracts.

Mr. Clark won five NCAA swimming titles while at Yale and participated in the 1960 and 1964 Summer Olympics, winning three gold medals in relay events in the Tokyo games. Mr. Clark was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame in 1966.
